About: A women's adventure retreat center featuring kayaking and dogsledding instruction in the quiet of the Superior National Forest. Our 400 acre Finnish homestead is environmentally friendly and 100% solar power. Courses are 2 - 4 days and include lodging, wholesome and organic meals, a Finnish sauna and expert, supportive instruction.
Owner Kathleen Anderson has been dogsledding for 25 year and sea kayaking for 18 years. She also enjoys sharing information about sustainable living and wildlife, birds and the natural world.
