Our candy is handmade and hand-dipped, using recipes developed by our founder, Gust Canelake, in 1905. We use only Double Grade AA Butter, real chocolate, and real whipping cream. We are concerned that your candy arrives in the best possible condition. Since no preservatives are used in our fine candy, we suggest when placing an order that the temperature in your area does not exceed 70 degrees F.
