Gene Hicks has personally formulated eight unique Specialty Gourmet Coffee Blends. All of the coffee beans are purchased directly from the plantation farmers from all over the world by my Master Roaster. They are premium quality Arabica Beans which are grown at elevations of at least 3500 feet and above. There are no chemicals used in the growing or the processing of the beans. The Northern German Slow Roasting Process is used which results in a Stomach Friendly, Low Acidic Brew that satisfies the palates of all Coffee Lovers.
