To accomplish this end, the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to: economic diversification; developing outstanding quality of life for its community; providing adequate chamber resources; proactive government relations and life-long learning for its members.
The Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce is a business and professional organization with more than 95 years of service to the community. It was founded in 1902 by a group of community members who pooled their resources in order to foster an economic climate conducive to creating and retaining jobs.
