Hibbing Fabricators is a precision metal fabricator that was founded in 1985 by a group of local investors on the range with the intent on getting a return on their investment, while providing and keeping jobs on the Iron Range.
We are a fabricator of precision and custom sheet metal components and assemblies.
We produce in quantities from prototypes to short and long production runs, and we are an AS9001C Certified company. In the fabrication process, we make metal parts and assemblies for the aerospace, medical, computer and industrial industries. We make components and metal chassis that are used in general aviation, as well as in the commercial and defense aerospace industries. In the medical field we manufacture metal housings, components and EMI shielding for the pharmaceutical, cardiac monitoring equipment and other health care devices.
Some of our customers are on the Iron Range, but much of the product we make is shipped throughout the United States and some internationally. Our success is attributed to consistent quality, earning a reputation for dependability and responsive customer service.
