Koshar's Sausage Kitchen has been in business since 1921. It has been a family business for over 30 years.
We specialize in homemade ethnic sausage which has been very popular throughout the years and is only growing. We sell homemade polish, blood sausage, potato sausage, breakfast sausage, hot dogs and a variety of different kinds of brats for the grill. We have ready to eat food such as our dried polish which is a big hit, hot Italian jerky, homemade pepperoni and salami which can be great gifts for family and friends.
Our store hours are Tuesday thru Friday 8-5 and Saturday 8-1.
