Near Ely, MN, Timber Wolf Lodge offers 1 to 5 BR cabins that sleep from 1 to 16 guests. Our 75 acre resort is located on 2,362 acre Bear Island Lake. Each week we offer our guests a free guided waterfall tour and other free guided family activities. Our sandy beach, water trampoline, marina, great fishing, bon fires and nature trails will assure that your family makes fantastic memories during your up-north vacation this year!
We are the only resort in the region that features the Sleep Number Bed system in each of our cabins. You will enjoy our recent $250,000 worth of cabin remodels and the new furnishings that we installed in 2012 (see photos of the finished product on our website). Free WiFi is available at our beach.
Bear Island Lake is a walleye fishery where the DNR releases 900,000 walleye fry every other year. It also maintains healthy populations of northern pike, small mouth bass and fun pan fishing for the kids.
We are a Good Sam Accredited RV Campground where we provide 23 RV sites with hookups.
